3PAR Maintenance & Support Services

As an enhancement to our full 3-year product warranty, 3PAR^® offers a simple approach to maintenance services for 3PAR InServ^® Storage Server hardware, the InForm^® Suite of software applications, and any optional 3PAR software products you may have purchased.

Our maintenance and support pricing structure is based on the number of controller nodes and/or drive chassis in your 3PAR Utility Storage system to make budgeting annual maintenance costs easy and predictable. Capacity expansions of additional disk drives do not require additional maintenance fees.

Supplementary Support and Maintenance ServicesIn addition to the maintenance and support service agreements offered, 3PAR also provides the following one-time or periodic services:

• InServ installation services
• Hardware upgrade installation services
• Relocation services
