3PAR^® utilizes a collaborative support model that engages Authorized Service Providers, Alliance Partners, the Technical Support Alliance Network of vendors (TSANet), 3PAR Engineering, and 3PAR Systems Engineering to ensure rapid problem determination and expedited problem resolution.

Authorized Service Providers3PAR partners with leading Authorized Service Providers (ASPs) with the experience in software, server and storage technology to ensure that onsite field maintenance and parts distribution is available globally.

Alliance Partner Network3PAR has cooperative support agreements in place with several of our Strategic Alliance Partners to work with joint customers to resolve issues.

TSANet3PAR is a member of the Technical Support Alliance Network (TSANet), a vendor-neutral community with 100+ members. TSANet is the worldwide choice for seamless collaborative support.
