3PAR—A New Era
The last five months have brought about many exciting changes for 3PAR® and our customers, partners, and supporters. Our November 2007 IPO and listing on the NYSE Arca marked the beginning of a new era for 3PAR that has prompted us to look back and to look ahead. But most of all it has made us think about where we stand and reminded us of how important you are—our loyal customers, partners, and supporters—for helping us get to where we are today.

It is your ongoing partnership, support, and customer references that have helped us to become the leading global provider in utility storage and to accomplish several key milestones in the growth of our business:

• Grew total revenue by 51% in the first nine months of fiscal year 2008 compared to the same period in fiscal year 2007
• Eliminated or offset 12,000 metric tons of CO2 in 2007—equivalent to taking 2300 cars off the road
• 3PAR once again singled out by Fortune 1000 companies as having the most exciting storage products or services as determined by TheInfoPro Wave 10 Storage Study
• 3PAR customer Attenda wins Hosting Partner of the Year Award at VMworld EMEA in March
• Recent European expansion, including doubling of our European headcount, the launch of a new 3PAR engineering center in Northern Ireland, and a new partnership with AntemetA

In addition to these business accomplishments, 3PAR’s focus on delivering utility storage for the virtual datacenter has also yielded significant company and product news. These recent achievements include the extension of our Carbon Neutral Storage Program and the launch of 3cV—our blueprint for the virtual datacenter, 3PAR Virtual Domains, and 3PAR Nearline for Online.

3PAR Customer Wins VMware Hosting Partner of the Year—EMEA VMworld
Attenda Limited, the Always On Managed Services company, was awarded the VMware® EMEA Hosting Partner of the Year Award at this year’s EMEA VMworld in Cannes, France in March.  Attenda is using 3PAR Utility Storage for their virtualized storage infrastructure, which is integrated into their VMware ESX Server environment.
