3PAR ANNOUNCES EARNINGS CALL TIME CHANGE

3PAR® (NYSE Arca: PAR), the leading global provider of utility storage, today announced that it has changed the time of its upcoming fourth quarter of fiscal 2008 conference call and live webcast from 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time (1:30 p.m. Pacific Time) to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (2:00 p.m. Pacific Time) on May 6, 2008.

The webcast will be accessible live and on an archived basis from the Investor Relations Calendar of Events page of 3PAR's website. An audio replay of the conference call will also be available two hours after the call concludes and will run for seven days.
