3PAR TO REPORT FISCAL FOURTH QUARTER 2008 FINANCIAL RESULTS ON MAY 6, 2008

3PAR® (NYSE Arca: PAR), the leading global provider of utility storage, today announced that it will release financial results for its fourth quarter of fiscal 2008, ended March 31, 2008, after the close of market on May 6, 2008. 3PAR will host a conference call and live webcast at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time (1:30 p.m. Pacific Time) that day to discuss the fourth quarter results. The call and webcast will include forward-looking information.

The webcast will be accessible live and on an archived basis from the Investor Relations Calendar of Events page of 3PAR's website. An audio replay of the conference call will also be available two hours after the call concludes and will run for seven days.
